Real estate Taxes: 133 Euros per year

The costs regarding eventual works arising in any building to keep it healthy, would be quite low proportionally to the total charges split, as you can guess with the cheap monthly charges due.

If you were to exploit the nice available volume and build a mezzanine, all above the open kitchen, like 2 architects advised me to do, the hight would enable you for sleeping and storage space.  The living space created wouldn't be added to the living surface even though you were to extend it to the bathroom as the hight wouldn't reach 1,80 meters, implying that you wouldn't need to declare the gained surface and the real estate taxes would remain at 133 Euros wathever the surface gained would be.
